When will my order ship?

As soon as you make your purchase we will begin to process your order. Most products ship the following day from purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and status of your order. 

If I'm not 100% satisfied with my product can I return it or exchange for another item?

MARTHA SEVCIK offers a full refund to the original form of payment if you are not satisfied with your product. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original ship date. Products must not be damaged or used in any way.  Due to the uniqueness of our pieces, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact us for assistance. 

How Should I care for my PRODUCT

As a delicate, handmade item, we recommend washing on delicate cycle and letting it line dry, avoid any kind of perfumes or creams to preserve the original condition of each piece.

Where do the pieces ship from?

All our pieces ship from Miami, FL USA. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, MARTHA SEVCIK ships worldwide! A flat rate of USD $50 applies.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes! you can cancel or change your order up to 30 minutes after you have made it. Please contact us for assistance.
